Sign-Up Check List
What you will need to complete the sign-up process:
- The name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
- Is your Internet service cable or ADSL
- What version of Microsoft Windows operating system is on your computer? TechOnline supports Windows 2000 and XP
- Your credit card details - name, number, expiry date
Other Requirements:
- Your computer must have a broadband Internet connection - ADSL or cable are supported by TechOnline
- If you have more than one computer in your office, are they connected or networked? If so, please verify TechOnline's support for your configuration. Click here for details.
- TechOnline requires your PC to be left on (but logged off your user account) and connected to the Internet overnight to deliver its services. If you are unsure about what this means, please call us to discuss.
