Clean-Up & Health Report

As an optional extra, TechOnline can carry out a Clean-Up & Health Report which comprises:

• removal of all identified malicious software ("malware") such as viruses, spyware, Trojans, worms, pop-ups, etc.
• installation of any missing Windows updates
• a complete hardware audit
• a complete software audit
• a comprehensive security audit
• provision of a detailed Health Report

The Health Report details all of the audit information and outlines what actions TechOnline has taken in order to bring your computer up to an acceptable level of security.
