TechOnline Help Provides 24 hour by 7 days a week support to solve your computer problems as they occur. There are four ways you can receive help:
TechOnline Help is designed to resolve all your computer problems related to Microsoft’s Windows operating system (Windows 2000 & Windows XP) and Microsoft’s Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Outlook, Access, etc.)
Where appropriate an automated diagnostic test covering your computer's hardware and software will be conducted to help solve your problem quickly and effectively.
With PC*Ensure you get unlimited access to Online Shared Computer Support, where a live technician solves your problem by sharing control of your computer.
If after completing the online help process you require an on-site technician, TechOnline Help also provides you with access to an on-site service. Recent statistics suggest that 70% to 85% of all computer problems can be resolved without the need or cost of having a technician come on-site. This service is really only needed if you have a hardware problem, eg. a disc failure or a faulty video card requiring replacement etc.
TechOnline can arrange for a properly qualified (third party) technician to visit your office to rectify any hardware problem. TechOnline is able to provide the technician with the diagnostic assessment from your online Help session to ensure your problem is resolved quickly to get you back on air. The cost for this service will be direct billed to you by our onsite support partner.
If you already have a technician that you want to continue using, TechOnline will be happy to work with your nominated on-site resource.
This is a significant value-add that is provided at no extra cost to PC*Ensure subscribers.
Online Shared Computer Support allows:
Our technology allows our technician to share control of your mouse and show you exactly what to do to get your problem solved - a personal advisor guiding you through whatever needs to be done, step by step. This is what big business - government and private organisations - does to deliver the best possible service to their users. It provides an immediate response to users problems and leads to better results and improved business efficiency.
The bottom line: you solve your computer problems quicker and can spend more time on building your business.
