This is a comprehensive subscription service for small business organisations with 1 to 15 computers. Each component has been carefully researched and integrated to meet the needs of small business, covering the areas of security, preventative maintenance, support and backup.

There is an initial, one-time payment of $225 that covers:
- Supply, installation and set-up of software
- Security audit
- Audit of Windows critical updates
- Fix all of the security problems - remove spyware, viruses, install missing Windows security updates, etc.
- Hardware and software audit
- Provision of a complete report on what was found, what was done and what is now in place.
All future software updates are covered by your on-going subscription.

TechOnline Help Provides 24 hour by 7 days a week support to solve your computer problems as they occur. There are four ways you can receive help:
- Automated problem diagnostic software to solve hardware issues

- Email support for a specific (non urgent) problem
TechOnline Backup
Backing-up your data on a daily and automated basis is a critical component of TechOnline's solution.

TechOnline Backup starts at 500 MB storage with the PC*Ensure package to ensure that all critical files such as MYOB or Quickbooks data files, customer lists, key documents and presentations, etc. are always available. This amount of storage is not geared to backing-up all files, documents, emails, etc. To meet this requirement you can select one of the 2 GB, 4 GB or 10 GB Backup options.
Why is TechOnline Backup so valuable to small business computer users? Because it is configured to run automatically, every night without the subscriber needing to do anything. This removes one of the main issues with regards backup - subscribers either forgetting to backup or only backing-up occasionally and thereby putting their business at considerable risk.
To ensure the security of your data, it is first encrypted before transmission and remains encrypted while in storage. This is to protect the data from others gaining unauthorised access to it. As a further security precaution, the data is also backed-up to a second data centre - removing a further backup issue - not having a fall back if your back-up fails or is unavailable for some reason.
