The cost to a business of one major computer incident is typically in the $3,000 range. And this does not include the cost of losing valuable data. Who knows what the data is worth – but typically it can be many, many times more than $3,000 – probably more like a $30,000 cost to your business. Or worse still, it could put you out of business.
According to the leading industry researcher, the Gartner Group, the average cost of losing a laptop computer is around USD$6,000 – after taking into account the hardware, software and lost opportunity costs. Again, they have not included the cost to the business of losing its critical data.
Small businesses no longer need to gamble when it comes to running their personal computers. Let the professionals manage your personal computers leaving you with more time to manage your business.
